Returns & Exchanges

At Celtic India, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief quality check at your doorstep during pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once the request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
